The diameter of the openings should be smaller than the diameter of the filter plate. The cloth holes and the plate holes should be relatively concentric with the filter plate vertical chamber. The feed hole cloth should be simply attached to the cylinder wall. Otherwise, the filtration is unclear, the filtration speed is low, and the pipe is broken, and the intended filtration purpose cannot be achieved. In the initial stage of the filter press, the filter material became cloudy, forming a layer of filter cake on the filter cloth, and the filtrate became clear. If the filtrate is turbid or mixed, it is probably that the filter cloth is damaged or there is a problem between the cloth hole and the plate hole. At this time, the valve should be closed or the feed should be stopped to change the filter cloth. A small amount of leakage caused by the capillary signs of the filter cloth is allowed between the filter plates. The operation of the filter press must not be mixed, otherwise it will affect the smooth flow of the feed and the seal of the filter plate, resulting in unbalanced pressure on both sides of the filter plate and deforming and destroying the filter plate.
